Sunday's Announcements

Join us this Sunday for Sunday school and bible study at 9:00 am. Pastor Droegemueller teaches the adult class from the book of Isaiah.

Don Langenbeck has begun the Adult Catechumenate class (Instruction in the Christian faith).  Learn how to read the Bible!  Learn how to pray!  Learn how to worship the God Who calls sinners to abundant life!

LIFT Youth will have their next National Youth Gathering planning meeting this Sunday, June 12, after worship.

The adult fellowship committee at LFLC kicks off their 2016 schedule with a family night at Cool Ray Stadium with the Gwinnett Braves on Saturday, August 13, at 6:05pm. The Braves will play the Louisville Bats in an exciting night of Triple A professional baseball. Tickets will be $15 each, payable in advance. Please sign up on the sign up sheet in the Fellowship Hall.

A planning team is being established to plan Rally Day on Sunday, August 7. This will include a congregational picnic and recreational activities for children and adults alike. Please contact Deborah Stinson or Carrie Mills to get involved.

Did you know that LFLC has a regular Wednesday morning Matins service?  We begin at 9:00 am and this is a great opportunity for those who sometimes have to work Sundays.

Volunteer Opportunities

The youth group from Clearwater, FL will pass back through Cumming on Saturday, June 18, arriving around 5:00 pm. We will need host families again and there will be a meal at church so this group can share with us about their trip and service project. If you are unable to host people but could help with the meal that would be most appreciated. Please see Staci Welburn, Kevin Newell, or Myriam Brauckman for more information. Click here to sign up. Many thanks to those who have offered rooms on the 11th!

Are you gifted in teaching or helping teach? We're looking for Sunday School and Wednesday night teachers to share the Word with our little ones! Sign up here or talk to Carrie Mills.
